This is a great opportunity for me to write down my favorite places as I usually arrive there and forget about everything! Already I tend to black out with people's names so just imagine me trying to remember the places in Spanish!
I have been going to Ibiza for a few years now getting so addicted that I could totally see myself spending my whole summer holidays there! The people so relaxed lay back and happy! Perfect for my spirit...
First of all if you are planning to go to Ibiza I would highly recommend you to rent a villas - you can find beautiful places with the view of sea ( in Roca Lisa)... This will allow you to spend your mornings by the pool enjoying the view.. Later you should head to the beaches for an late lunch around 3pm relax by the sea and get your tan going ... After around 7pm head to a beach party get a Mojito and enjoy the sunset! Yes this is real holidays so just relax and take your time that's how the island functions... All the boutiques closes during the day and re-opens around 5pm until 11pm!
If you are going out to party I would suggest you have a late dinner around 11pm as the clubs don't get started before 2am!
The island has the reputation of heavy partying but you can totally avoid the craziness... It's quiet big and it has beautiful uncrowded beaches & cute restaurants far from the mad tourists...
Beaches & Lunches:
Ex Xarcu nice lunch place by the beach
Es Torrent in San Joseph my favorite chilled out place...
Amazing seafood & nice uncrowded beach!
Juan Andrea in Formentera best paella- caribbean water
Yemanja beach in Cala Jondal good lunch place
Blue Marlin party beach- love the sunset there!
Jockey Club in Salinas- funky lunch place close by the nuddist beach...

Restaurants:
